A: There are no refunds whatsoever. All sales are final. Once a treasure leaves the studio, it belongs to you and your forever home. No exceptions.
Q: What is your return policy?
Q: Do you accept custom or special requested orders?
A: Yes, by request only. You must contact me via email and fill out our electronic paperwork.
Please note: As the artist, I reserve the right to accept or reject any custom request at my own discretion. I am not going to give you a fake customer service smile and tell you I can do something I can't. I prefer to be completely transparent throughout.
Q: Do your metaphysical stones actually work?
Q: Can I wear my jewelry in the shower, or sleep in my studio apparel?
For the Jewelry: Please do not get it wet, and let your skin breathe. Take your pieces off before all aquatic activities (showering, swimming, or running through rainstorms) and before you go to sleep. These instructions are for long-term viability purposes.
For the Apparel: As much as you might want to live in your new favorite layer, do not abuse it. Wash it inside out in cold water and hang it dry. Do not iron it. Do not use bleach or detergent with bleach for long-term wear.
Q: My tracking says "delivered," but it’s not here. Can you send a new one?
Q: What happens if my item arrives broken or damaged?
A: While I am not responsible for USPS roughhandling, if a candle or jewelry piece arrives utterly destroyed, contact me via email within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging. We will figure it out from there.
A: No. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is out of my hands. Check with your neighbors, look behind the bushes, check the back porch, review your Ring cameras, ask your dog, and if you still can't find it, please contact your local post office to file a claim.
A: Shipping and handling take 3-10 business days( excluding weekends and bank holidays). Total delivery time depends heavily on whether the USPS mail carrier pigeon is on his A-game and whether or not Mother Nature is having a mood swing. You will receive a tracking number as soon as it flies out.
A: My metaphysical stones are shiny, pretty, and vibrate on a higher level to bring good vibes to your subconscious. However, let's be real: just because Tiger's Eye is good for protection does not mean it will protect you from a tiger shark while swimming.

Q: Can I replicate or resell your artwork/designs?
Q: When will my order ship?
A: Hell, no! Absolutely not. All art, apparel designs, candle concepts, and poetry are the intellectual property of Sahira Persephone Ahvazi and Goth Moth Rebellion Studios. Replicating or reselling my work without explicit written permission is a direct violation of United States copyright and intellectual property (IP) law, which is primarily governed by federal statutes. The foundation lies in Title 17 of the United States Code, which protects original works of authorship, and Title 35, which covers patents. Look, I prefer to create and not litigate. Although, as it may be, I will take the necessary legal counseling and action. Just don't do it.
Q: What is your official Layaway Policy?
A: Layaway is a binding contract designed to help you secure high-end treasures while protecting the studio's inventory. By opting into a layaway plan, you strictly agree to the following terms:
1. Eligibility
Layaway is available strictly for select ready-made items priced at $100.00 and above (before taxes and shipping). Custom orders, special requests, and items under $100.00 are completely ineligible for layaway.
2. Required Down Payment (Non-Refundable)
To place an item on hold and take it off the market, an upfront, non-refundable down payment of 35% is required.
Note: This down payment is strictly to reserve the item. It is non-refundable under all circumstances.
3. Automated Payment Deadlines
You agree to complete the remaining balance within 30 days (4 weeks) of your initial deposit.
How it works: To protect both parties and keep things seamless, payments are fully automated. When you sign your agreement, your payment method will be securely saved on file via Stripe, and the remaining balance will be automatically charged on your specified due date.
Note: No manual partial payments are accepted. The system will automatically pull the full remaining balance in one final payment by the 30-day deadline.
4. Non-Payment & Abandonment
If your automated final payment fails and the balance goes unpaid for 30 days past the original due date, the order is officially considered abandoned. When an order is abandoned, all payments previously made are permanently forfeited to the seller, and the item will be returned to the shop inventory.
5. Cancellations & Termination Fees
A termination fee applies if you voluntarily cancel this agreement or if your automated payment fails entirely, resulting in default.
Termination Fee: $20.00 flat fee.
This fee does not include taxes or third-party payment platform processing fees. If you contact the seller via email within 24 hours of a failed payment notice and successfully process the balance in full, the termination fee will be waived.
6. Mandatory Payment Platform Fees
Any processing fees charged by the payment service (Stripe) are the exclusive responsibility of the buyer. These will be calculated and added directly to your total invoice.
7. Shipping & Handling
Shipping and handling applies to ALL layaway orders, including those within the state of Tennessee. Shipping is calculated based on the buyer’s full address, package weight, package dimensions, and packaging type using carrier pricing at the time of shipment.
8. Contract Acceptance & Enforcement
By electronically signing your automated layaway invoice, you acknowledge that you have read these terms, agree that this is a legally binding contract under U.S. e-commerce law, and explicitly authorize the seller to automatically charge your card on file and retain payments if the agreement is canceled or abandoned.
Merger Clause: This agreement constitutes the entire contract between the buyer and seller. No outside conversations, social media direct messages, text messages, or verbal statements shall modify or alter these terms.
Severability Clause: If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable under the law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect and continue to be legally binding.
